The rooms, though a bit dark, were on par with the reception level but lacked privacy due to facing an office building. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, even offering complimentary drinks. However, dining options were not impressive, especially considering additional charges. Overall, a decent place with some room for improvement.
